Review
First thing that I liked about Killer Klowns from Outer Space is the title, which for no apparent reason decides to substitute the “c” in clowns for a “k” which makes no sense until you watch the movie and realize the whole movie makes no sense.
The special effects, makeup & costumes are so low budget that they add a “We did this on the cheap” feeling that ends up coming off as comical every time the “Klowns” are on screen.
It becomes obvious very shortly into the movie that most of the actors had never really acted before or were just friends of the directors. Acting and dialogue is so atrociously bad it will have you laughing at points the directors clearly did not mean to be comical.
It would be rude of me to ruin or explain anything that happens in Killer Klowns it needs to be seen to be beleived. The ending is a bat shit crazy and after all the weirdness the movie offers up its truly remarkable they managed to get even weirder.
I should disclose I do own this movie on DVD and watch it every few years. With each viewing I find it more fascinating its like the feeling you get when you see a car crash on while on your commute and decide to take a second look to ponder what happened.
